Portrait of my family 02

This was for an assigment for autonomous photography, part of the invisible portraits series, the subject was "family without your famil on it".

Everyone in my family is completly different, from builders to professors to artists, but still hold together because we're family. So I came up with this idea of a coloured rope tied between two trees. The different colours represent the different characters and the trees is the family holding it together. I also have anohter version where I wrapped the rope around a tree.
