| This is a series for my graduation project on the Royal Academy of Art. I'm making several series about music. For some of them I work together with bands and some of them are inspired by the music of bands. This is part of a series inspired by the music project "iamamiwhoami" [link] . In this music-video project there is a lot of mysteriousness and hidden meanings. I made a series of photos inspired on this project where I've given my own interpretation on things in the video and the meaning and stories I think is behind it. In this photo I'm showing that people always want to create borders to mark their territories and feel safe even if total freedom is possible. People are always scared of the unknown and by creating the borders the unknown becomes known. |
